Overall decent place to drive, dispatch had minor issue with non family staff. Disorganized  and apologetic for their mistakes or day staff way of working . I personally  thought better but had expectations if they flew me 1700 miles to work the dispatch would keep me & there truck assets  working.

Stay away from this company, cheap , unprofessional, poor communication, bad work environment and many other issues .
It's all about them , all about cutting corners to make money , fuel cards that do not work and wait for ever at the end use your personal c card to buy fuel  to get going or you sleep at the pump . 
We deserve way better than this .

If u wanna stable job with job security.avoid this place. P they will hire u and may anytime even if u been working for mnths for them without any reason and silly excuses may anytime ask u to leave

No coordination from dispatch. Not a smooth work culture at all . Better to stay home rather than working with them. No matter how polite and nice you are with them but they treat u other way

The job took a lot of time management and had no room for slacking off. You needed to be able to direct calls to people. Be able to take messages and further notice people about them. the job was also very fun and rewarding as it was a really good work environment

I very much enjoyed working at KJS Transport. Staff were very prompt in payments and dispatching were efficient. Hours were flexible and were ready at my disposal.

Its very good company to work with nice environment

no force dispatch,  some LTL INVOLVE its okay! I wold to prefer work 

there again

They don’t really pay enough for the amount of work they want to get done by an employee, neither do they value or appreciate  the amount of hard-work someone is putting into their work.

On time salary is the best part of working in this company and sometimes there is forced dispatch but you need to encounter and coordination works sometimes.
