I am not the best person to do a review for that company.  I was employed to do a job that I never do for them. They never have enough work to give me.  Rapidly I have not enough work on my desk.

A typical day of work was relax and axed on teamwork.  Teams was build around project and product.  I learn a lot about PCB board mechanical integration.  Management was good all around, but they employ me with no work to give me.  Not enough work for a other person in the team.   The workplace culture was very good and all people was axed on results.  The hardest part of the jobs was the fact that I had enough work and the days was long.  The most enjoyable part of the job was the learning experience that a got.

Management Team is reactive. Not pro-active.
Work is "pushed" through a very old fashioned, dated process.
Significant "Manual" tasks.
Too much dependancy is put on a broken process to manage throughput.
Manager(s) are not aware of same priorities.
KPI's are Department Driven as opposed to Company Driven causing breakdowns and infighting.
Company is very health oriented. Many accomodations for bikers, runners, etc..showers, changing rooms.
Good RRSP plan.

Very innovative technology, interesting work.  The team has been in place for a long time which says a lot about the company culture.  They have a pretty good mobile day plan which allows me to tackle daycare and other issues when they arise.  Their benefits like medical and contributive RRSP plan are competitive.

If you are looking for a company that is in constant innovation, Kontron is a good one.

It is an High technology company in the commercial computer.

Always in movement to seek, find and use new technology.

This company is for people who are not afraid of changes and research.

you get to learn a lot from real professionals in this industry. Company do care about their employees, benefits are great. Management has a hard time letting embracing new, modern business adjustment.

Very honest in terms of what they want and urgency of filling the position. Pay was ok, not the best in terms of position. Great support from HR. Overall it's a great company in terms of what they do, the technology and team support.

the manager will round on you and ask what you're up to at random intervals when you're obviously doing your job. The salary is not enough to live on at all.

Company is well managed, but controlled to a point they cannot accelerate their processes to meet customer satisfaction.
Good environment, but don't deviate from the SAP process.
