very busy from morning to night

Typical day at work consists of working an 12 hr day. Family run business which is a nice family to work for. Unfortunate that work is 100% away from home. Good working experience.

They send you home on every long holiday weekend! There reasons are is they don’t like paying time & 1/2 or over time! So if your not from this province your stuck! 
If your working in the kitchen they don’t want you working any over time at all!

I was working pulling super b sidedumpers  with kpcl  working nights shift  for most of employment time  nights were  great  but the day shift  was more  stressful  because of city traffic in saskatoon  but overall it was a good experience for me

Overall not a bad place to be employed. The upper management lacks establishing a good relationship with the operators unless the operators are 50 years of age and older. Lots of cliques among the employees which makes it a politically hostile work environment.

Good place to work, they are willing to give you opportunities and want to see you succeed. Management are great people there are some hard parts of the job but that’s all construction sites

Great company, great projects, interesting work. But there is always a chance that it will rain. When it rains, very little equipment works, so no wages are paid. You can make good money during the season.

Building the largest solar farm with these guys and have 0 complaints, all the boys are beauties to work with and management listens to all concerns and deals with them.

I have not had much expierence running equipment. Boss was very understanding at training me and at explaining things to me. The communication between workers and management was good

Always looking out for you on the job site & lots of hours & over time as well.Would always help you out if needed & you could always take a break when need.
