KRAWFORD CONSTRUCTION

Krawford took me on to finish a project that my previous company could not complete.  As a plumbing tradesman, which is outside their normal perview of inside hiring, I had initial trepidation about the job which was very quickly dispelled. All the materials required to complete the project were provided as required and I received excellent leadership and coordination from the onsite superintendent.  Respect, patience, communication, learning and cooperation were all part of this job and I would not hesitate whatsoever to work with Krawford again in the future.  This was a very positive experience.   

I was great full to be hired in the slow down season as the construction industry had slowed down due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I was hired for out of town projects that had a great team. Due to the continuing pandemic, the projects were closed to all outside travel resulting in a short employment. I look forward to going back if possible. 

Most superintendents and carpenters are fun to work with. Communication with upper management is minimal. Wages and benefits were very good, especially if you work hard. Out of town work was not always fun. Never knew you were coming home, how long you would be there, very little notice given.

Original interview promise of pay increase occurred 6 months after review date. Left to follow supervisory position. Tried to get back with Krawford no chance black balled due to leaving. Get all communication about pay and potential advancement in writing. 

I learned lots about the construction industry working with this company. I was able to work with various types of heavy equipment and learned lots about ground work, concrete, and wood working.

I have worked with Krawford for 7 months and they're the first big company that I worked so I can honestly say that they're respectful, they are tidy and they let you go right on schedule.

Enjoyed working for them during my summer holidays off school was a good place to work the boss and employees were good had alot of work to do was well organized place

Good company to work for with a good learning environments that will help you move forward in your construction career and will make you feel like part of the family

i would definitely say work here very nice and its a nice place to work and always somthing to do and learn alot here from everyone i would say if you like constrution apply here

started as a labourer removing water from building, installing fire proofing. installing backing, pumping out water from piles to be poured. wide variety of construction experience
