Kryton is a second home. Everyone working here likes to be here. We have different perks and benefits that make it one of the best places to work for. In my tenure here, we've been to Mexico as a team for hitting our targets and it's our Group Travel award. It has been the best perk I have seen offered by any company. The people here at Kryton are passionate about their job and find excellence in all they do. We also have work life balance and flexible arrangements are allowed. Lastly, we have an open door policy. Employees are encouraged to talk to their Managers and/or HR to provide feedback any time. People comes first, that's why I have stayed with Kryton for more than 10 years now. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
End of Shift and lunch time there’s a tv in the kitchen to view

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner is very demanding and not always ethical with employees, plays favorties

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The employees are very helpful and very friendly and willing to help except watch out for the ones who gossip and report back to the owner they are not trustworthy. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Report to work put out fires and complete tasks by responding to emials

With the flexibility I was awarded and with my manager's support, I could fulfill the duties expected of me and assist in other ways. The on-boarding process is extensive and attentive. At least four people from different departments were involved in my training. Afterward, I had the support of colleagues located in different cities as well. My reports were read and discussed in weekly, productive meetings. I always felt like a valued member of the team. 



Throughout the application and interview process, you can feel the professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm exhibited by everyone. From the initial application stage to the final interview, Kryton team's dedication to finding the right fit for the role was evident, and I am truly grateful to have been a part of it.

The day start at 6am up to 2.30pm. You'll be trained in all types of job in the production process. The management is great and approachable. With less to no competition at all. Physical work but enjoyable once you loved it. Time flies fast when you work.

I highly recommend working for Kryton. They support career growth and development. They also support Work-Life Balance by offering social and team building activities. I enjoy working here!

I was able to get the sense of belongingness while working at Kryton. They have a great culture and openness. There's a monthly staff meeting to keep employees updated. The most enjoyable part of the job would be working with the Krytonites. The people here have camaraderie and are great to work with. 

I feel the company fosters a positive and supportive environment, where employees feel valued and respected, and are able to work collaboratively and productively. 

An okay company to work for. Small company that is trying to grow. Could do a better job of creating a better world culture. Managers and Supervisors speak to other staff in languages other than English. Good team building and social activities.
