The office environment is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting and helps the days go by quickly. The management team ensures that all employees have the resources they need to excel in their roles.

Depending on where you are working in the plant  it can be fast passed or rather slow. constantly learning new styles of wood and measurement. The management is very considerate of you out of work life routine. The hardest part of the job I found was learning to multi task when given 5 different tasks that had 6 things to do per task. My most enjoyable part of the job had to be the crew its self they were very open to giving tips and always happy to make you laugh.

This is the first job I have had working around so many people and I've never felt more included and comfortable then I do working here, kamloops truss has been one of the best learning and work experience of my life! Every one at the shop is like family every where from the great management to the very friendly staff. The work is fast pace and keeps you active and busy but when you love what you do and where you work, it barely feels like work!

Working for Kamloops Truss has been a exceptional experience. Management is always willing to teach, and support you. In addition to awesome management, the other staff members are a bliss to be around all day. Kamloops Truss does a phenomenal job at encouraging all staff members to have a good work/life balance. Overall a great company to work for. 

Overall a great place to work, colleagues were all good people and fun to work with. Owners weren’t the best as they could’ve been much better with employees in general but as far as most owners go they aren’t terrible. The manager at the time wasn’t very good with people but he’s gone now

I quite enjoy working for Kamloops Truss as a floor designer. It's a fast paced work environment with lots of work to do. The design department is full of talented and knowledgeable staff who do their best to help you out when needed. There is also lots of room to grow in your position! 

The culture at KTL is what makes it a great place to work. People are welcoming and encouraging and push you to do your best without adding unnecessary stress. Additionally, the work-life balance is superb and you don't feel guilty for needing and asking for time away from work.

Got hired on Oct.11 and lay off on Nov.3th Ines the snow come work slow down. Their one their was nice and helpfull and wanna to show u the right way to do the job. No one wanna u to get fired. Great work atmosphere but unfortunately they're slow times a year and you can lay it off. But overall good company to work for. 

Kamloops Truss has a very good work environment and a great crew that will help you through the process of learning and improving your skills throughout your career at the company
