I can say without a doubt the positive comments were writing the hiring staff o try to water down the bad comments. What you read on here or elsewhere is true.

Low pay; accept anything less than a written contract. Management will lower your salary because everyone is worth 17$ an hour while the competition pays $ 40. Managers are overworked and overstressed and they pass it on to their staff. Turnover is extreme; despotism, family company. So the sons, cousins, and nephews will pass in front of everyone you have to accept it or leave. Finally brought back insurances after many years without. Everyone work in a silo mentality; and every silo thinks they are better than the rest. With the shortage of staff and low unemployment, you will find better!

Sink or swim.  Expect little to no training.  Co-workers , owners friendly. However, the overall workplace culture haphazard, disorganized and non-supportive. 
Management style was dictatorial.  In particular, a certain supervisor exchanged verbal insults, and displayed aggressive behaviours towards certain co-workers and myself.  Best to move on and find another job. You have been warned.

No respect for healthy safety of their employees during the COVID pandemic. Poses a clear danger to the health and safety of its employees by not following precautions/rules. 

Hostile environment. 
Management is unprofessional, and toxic to their employees.
No benefits, no growth opportunities, and no insurances.

They have no human resources to protect the employees or deal with their complaints. 

Salary is very low.

In this warehouse we receive product and materials being sold buy Walmart, sears, etc.... We deal with repacking products and materials the we stock them. In this place I learned and got license for Forklift operation. Which we put on racks. This means that you have to know where it is at. So when order picking comes it is just cherry picking.

Karmin does not care about their employees.  We are in the middle of a pandemic and have people travelling, the president, the director of operations, a division head and his employee, then returning and not isolating themselves. Putting every single employee and their families at risk.


Disgusting and irresponsible. All they care about is how much money you can make them.

Who ever is looking into joining Karmin Industries, you should definitely apply! The work is manageable, the people are so friendly and open. While there's no work from home option, the culture here is very relaxed and the dress code is very casual. 

Hours are okay. Daytime schedule hectic to say the least. None constructive, hostile environment. “Big Brother” style management. No chance for advancement or encouragement. No benefits, insurance, or time off that isn’t unpaid or vacation. Very gossip-y.

Great management and supporting staff. Everyone is very helpful and the workplace culture is extremely warm and friendly. 
BONUS: We get an early start to the weekend ending at 2pm on Fridays!

It is a good place where I can learn many things and evolve the knowledge I already have, my boss is understandable and always dynamic and very professional, my co-workers are very friendly and always ready to collaborate.

Nice culture and environment nice people, a good place to work they have fair salary. Has a good management and has an equal treatment to the employees.
