This is one of if not the most toxic workplace I have ever been a part of. The owner of the company constantly berates and puts down his employees. It's hard to have a work life balance while working at this company. They are always contacting you when you are not at work. There are good employees that work here but the owner ruines it by constantly treating his employees like complete garbage even going as far as to try to put down your family and living arrangements. They don't offer full time hours I was lucky to get 30-35 hours working here but nobody gets full time hours and there is 0 benefits working for this company. The owner has 0 respect for woman or children or even his employees. Steer clear of this company if you know what is best for you. I can only speak on my own experience and what I witnessed with my own eyes. All their busses and equipment is outdated. The owner would rather purchase a bus that is already 25-30 years old and keep trying to fix it instead of investing in new equipment to better serve his employees and customers. I am embarrassed to say that I ever worked for this company and I wouldn't recommend applying here. There is so much turn over at this company because the owner has 0 respect for people. Beware of this company I absolutely would not recommend working or traveling with this company. Beware!!

 This company really fosters a positive and thriving work environment. Flexibility is a big plus, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Everyone is open to new ideas, and there are plenty of learning opportunities to help you grow professionally. They also do a great job of building a fun culture, like celebrating staff birthdays with lunch and always coming up with custom solutions to make our jobs easier. Safety is a top priority, with reliable, well-maintained equipment, and the management team is always available and supportive. Kasper is committed to constantly improving, which makes it a fantastic place to work with lots of resources and chances to grow both personally and professionally.

Kasper always purchases the best and newest equipment fully loaded for driver comfort. 

They gave us all raises during inflation of up to 35%. No one needed to ask. They knew we needed a raise. 

They always have birthday lunches for staff on their bday 

They innovate with custom solutions to make our job easier.

Customers are nice, and equipment is always safe. We never need to risk our life's and safety is always a priority. 

Manager is always avialable to us and pretty much dedicated to drivers and staff.

The owner is always friendly  and focused on how the make the company better.

Most employees are long term, there is very little turn over. Most haters are the ones that just complain and trust me this company gave many people a chance and opportunity but many people aren't employable and they just work a little bit and leave and just aren't reasonble. But if you are a normal reasonable person and want steady work, you can find it here. No place is perfect but we are a growing company that is fairly young. 7 years old minus 2 for covid loss. 

It's challenging and incredibly fulfilling to be a web developer with many growth opportunities at Kasper Transportations. I thoroughly enjoy learning new technologies and working on dozens of in-house projects here. Teams at Kasper generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on. It's an advantageous position to be in.

Not stressful but nights and weekends are included

Very relaxed and a few busy times during the day!

Goes by fast and lots of customer interaction

Pros:

Scenery in Ontario is nice all year round
When you get use to the 13.5 to 14.5 hour drive through Ontario,  days are not so long 

Con:
Long days
No benefits 

I been working with Kasper for about 2 years and I believe working in such a place with great management, wonderful staff and all new Mini Buses you will never want to work somewhere else.
LOVE IT.

A company with only 20 persons including the drivers. A customer claim took tons of time for investigation and the claims were never solved. Management are not from professional background and seemed to be confused with their own works.

I've worked at Kasper Transportation for the last few years. All the staff are great, management is on top of things, vehicle maintenance is top notch. Passengers are a pleasure and it's a very enjoyable place to work.
