The first couple years was mazing best place had ever worked ,then there was a management change and company went public and leadership changed . With that change came favoritism ,lack of integrity and or caring for the staff became about the money and making management look good . Was a very family orientated place first few years then a favorites club . If you tried to look out for your staff you consistently got dumped on cause it made management look bad  and you exposed the fact they did not know much about the operation ,gear or care about the clients  . If you were not a yes man when the rescission hit they got rid of you if you were not a yes man or if you pushed back looking out for the staff. If  you just stayed quiet and did as your told instead of questioning policies or orders that put staff at risk or was wrong they got rid of you and kept the ones that just did as told . They lost site of clients needs and by that I mean if client wanted certain people on their jobs it didn't happen still doesn't it is where can I send my buddies so they have work while the hard working ones with families starved because they questioned shady policies . If you tried to keep client happy but went against managements potential bonus you were tossed . The core values this once great company started with are no longer there.

Each day i'd come in and have the role as a pressure washer mainly but did a lot of different things as well which i enjoy. This job is where i first found out that i wanted to become a millwright. Kayden built/rebuilt and maintained centrifuges for oil and gas companies. I learned most of all how to be responsible and pay attention to detail. I had honestly the best manager I've ever had. If i made the slightest mistake or forgot something, i had to fix it, nothing got by him and that's stuck with me. If i was ever late i got in trouble for it and that taught me that being punctual is very important to your employer. My co-workers were great each and every one of them i looked up to as i was just the shop hand. The hardest part of my job had to be keeping my wash bay up to my managers standard. I enjoyed learning new things, be trusted with things i havn't ever been before, and having successful role models all around me teaching me day in and day out.

Kayden was a great company to work for up until the buy out and the oil crash in 2014 , now upper management has there hands in the company pockets and are sucking the company dry mostly the  President and  General manager in the states but having an affect on the whole company because that’s where all of the gear is working theses days , most of upper  management has no idea about the equipment and how it’s run .

Fun place to work and extremely family orientated ,
I learnt multiple tasked ranging from service side on drilling rigs to down hole operations,
I personally didn't find the job very hard as I learned quick and had 24 hour support if I ever ran into anything I've never seen before.
I enjoyed the people I worked with, I enjoyed traveling and new tasks daily and the knowledge that I got to walk away with was phenomenal !

Kayden is an Oilfield service company that has diversified it's product offering to service Environmental waste management. They have great equipment and good people to work with.

easy going fast paced hard worker. punctual and eager to learn new trades. able to start asap. looking for any trade. just recently quit the oilfield as for my girlfriend is pregnant and tired of living out of a suitcase.

This place was fantastic to work you are always busy and the staff was always friendly and willing to help you out and see the jobs get done properly and safely

Your busy when you get set up on a pad drilling rig. Break up in the spring is when you spend that money you made on a trip somewhere hot...Like Mexico..

loved working there but got laid off when the oil crashed. pay was awesome ande looking for something similar. any out of town work is accepted

Its an ok place to work, the shifts change a lot, place of work changes a lot, you get a truck phone and laptop, mostly camp jobs working away from home
