I was placed there in the finance department from an agency, where Keller made grand promises if temp to eventually permanent job.  After 3.5 days of being there, where they refused to give me access to the tools required to do the job I was placed for (they paid me to sit there on idle time), they decided they didn't want me there because they hired someone already, without giving me a chance.  Yet they continued to have job postings on all the social media job sites, even changing the job title, keeping the same job description.  Now they've come back to the same agency that placed me there to begin with, stating that they are having difficulty placing someone.  Of course they do when they get rid of the people they hired after 3-4 days.  I don't understand why they are saying that when I was there, willing to work and give it a chance.  For done reason they they made up their minds about me, without giving me a chance, allowing me to prove myself and show them that I can do the job and that I am a top performer. Now they went back to the same agency that placed me there originally.  Not a good place to work, unless you want to feel  bad about yourself and left wondering what you did to deserve this.

I spent three years working out of the Richmond Office. I found that this place had a fantastic group of people working there. The crew was very well qualified to do their jobs the right way. 
The leadership was heavily focussed on cost and keeping them as low as possible. This industry can be quite cut throat.

Knowing if you have any work at all the next day

Not a great working environment.Lot of politics and lies

Trying to stay busy and don’t listen to all the complaints

This is a fast paced position with constant revisions to the equipment schedule for multiple projects in the Alberta North area.

Continuous sourcing of parts/services for our equipment repair needs.

Great communication within the maintenance team.

I'm a hardworking responsible dedicated reliable worker.pile driving,drilling holes in the ground and pouring concrete.operating equipments doing laborer work on the ground.knowledge in safety trained with various valid safety tickets.

Busy company that can sometimes require long hours/overtime to get jobs done on time.  Work is physically demanding but pay is great.  If you show the desire, hard work and effort, you can learn and advance.

My time at keller foundations has been one of the best, and most varied learning experiences of my working life thus far. With Keller i have learned various styles of piling and all of my questions have been answered beyond any confusion whatsoever.

management says that they have your best interest, when in actuality it is the exact opposite. They do not care for their workers. No warning as to when layoffs might come. Just come in one day and say thanks for your time. Management is poor poor poor.

It was a really good company to work for and with . They always made sure there staff came first and was always there to help and listen to the crew if they needed something or help with something

Quality control and material and manpower management is challenging task to finish the job. Suppose to be friendly to other staff but couldn't find while working. Although they are not performing well but they wants credit.
