I was employed as a field stick welder after passing their in house X-Ray pipe test. I was then asked to do a "little more" welding at their Fab shop. I was given about 25 poorly fit 4" joints that I was told by the foreman would not be scrutinized and to "just try it out". Half failed inspection. I was then asked to try out mig welding for pipe. I have no experience with this process. As a result I was laid off. Although I felt that I was not given the correct position I applied for after meeting their requirements, in the end they were patient and supportive. 

Kelson Group is a fantastic company. Their mission is to provide quality apartments to help their residents live better and their drive to hire their staff (building manager, maintenance team, cleaning staff, administration) is focused on that mission. The team is collaborative and always wanting to be more forward thinking in all they do.

A growing company with heart for the communities where they own, operate and build new rental housing. 

Lots of window dressing with no substance. All solutions to any problems is you must do more, invent time and don't talk about it or else. Remember, your wrong and their right so get used to it.

Nice people to work with. Maintenance workers and managers treated me nicely. Pay is fair. There were difficult people to work with, but I guess that’s normal. 

I wish I could work full time for the company. This company is amazing and the property managers are awesome. I have worked for this company for 5 years on a part -time basis.
