I would rate this company as a solid 4 out of 5, if you’re a skilled mouldmaker looking to test your current skill set, with minimal equipment and resources, this will prove your salt…Albeit, 90% of the work is insert changes…but every tool needs overhaul…
Rate of pay is pretty decent, but there is no yearly COLA increases…
Benefits are minimal, but not too bad…improvement is required on the companies portion, as you pay for them, and they can not be altered… 
It’s still a family run business, with same mindset that anyone can do the job…at lower hourly rates…
Great place to test your skills, but they will dump you in a second…should you contest a continuous last minute scheduling system…

In my personal opinion it is the most unprofessional company i worked in my entire career. They interviewed me for team lead on night and give me job as machine operator. First they said its a part of training process. I spend my whole 3 month there no use. The co- workers are very jealous and they will always trouble you if you are new and educated. No good equipments and the mangement should treat people according to their skill. 

The work itself was average in terms of difficulty but the working conditions were horrible. The company has no ventilation in the working area and in a hot plastic parts producing environment that is unacceptable. The heat was unbearable to a point where you would begin the feel dizzy.

* Great company culture, management is very supportive and involved with employees. I have gained extended knowledge and able to achieve goals.

* Provides equipment and tools to keep everybody safe.

not a good place to work the people are nice but the owner is an idiot. The pay is lower than most places and the equipment especially the forklifts were ancient and new ones weren't even on the horizon, everything there is not new but purchased at auction or second hand.

Don't bother applying there. I was there for only 2 weeks and saw how poor the culture was there. The plant manager needs work on his people and managing skills. He also has his little spies/rats that constantly whisper in his ear. It's not worth the aggravation.

One should never work for this company as they have very bad culture of disrespecting other educated worker.
They don't have any safety while working on the machines and other co worker will yell at you without any reasons.

The place has no safe equipment to provide for workers such as gloves, earplugs. They never put safety at the first place. Workers are jealous each other and try to make trouble for you when you new. They yelling at you with no respect and has no reason.

Typical day at work , learned a lot at Walbar Canada and Burlington Tech. Plastmo experience was more on Tool and Mold making. Kemflo was a lot of mold repairs and modifications. Mold repairs and modifications is the most enjoyable part of the job for me.
