The main bonus for me is being able to work fully remotely. I started this job due to having had a change of career in my mid 40s.
This a purely a sales job, consulting for luxury (expensive) travels. The job is really just to commit and care about consulting and selling tours to your assigned destination, to clients interested who contacted Kensington Tours. The job is easy, the sales success can be challenging. The sale commissions are good. The base pay is ok, but enough to get you going when sales are low. It's a classic corporate environment with many level of management, but they seem promote from within for management roles, instead of hiring managers; so, if you're showing commitment and loyalty to the company, there are good chances to make a good career. 
I am very passionate about travel sales, so I really enjoy it. I don't think this company is suitable if you're looking to have just a job to pay your bills.

I worked at Kensington Dental, and overall, it was an okay experience. The office is fast-paced, which can be good if you like staying busy, but it can also be exhausting at times. The workload can feel overwhelming, especially on busy days, but it does help you gain a lot of experience quickly. The team dynamic and environment depend on the day, and while there were positives, the fast pace made it challenging to keep up at times. If you’re looking for a place to stay active and gain hands-on experience, it could be a good fit, but be prepared for a demanding workload.

the pay is good however the work environment will kill you. I am looking for a new job because the management has made it an awful place to work where it has now affected my health as well as 2 other employees health.

Nothing good in this place. Safe yourself and your time. I wouldn't ask my enemy to work in such a horrible toxic place where they chose you when you suck up.
