Overall I liked Kenzingtons . They gave me part time hours when asked. A flexible schedule. Room to grow. Good tips. Work energy was awesome. Back of house was close. Relatively was a small kitchen. Felt there could have been less employees that come and go. Was looking for long term part time hours. Very thankful for everything Brandon Clark had done for his employees. I always walk into work with a positive attitude because my co-workers are the same way. Everyone has the same mentality of working hard and enjoying work. I've learned more about cocktails and different service styles. Kenzington is a bar made for barteders.

Worked there for a short period.. loved the people but trying to make sure my pay was on time.. and correct..  and get tip out and be able to clock in and out was NOT FUN. By the time it seemed they were starting to get it right I was totally done.. so.. proceed with caution and dont take BS.

Working for Kenzington Burger Bar is like coming home every time I walk in the doors. We maintain a small staff where everyone truly cares about one another and in turn the success of the business. It's a fun, high energy, fast paced environment that requires a great sense of humour, hard work ethic, and desire to actually enjoy your job.

Management on existent, support from staff pathetic.  High paced environment. Experienced a lot of harassment from kitchen staff without any support from management (I was a minor at the time and was told to “brush it off”), and dangerous working conditions in the downtown barrie location. 

Great place to sling  some burgers and chat about sports, music, and the fine things in life. 
The restaurant has expanded business to 4 other locations for a reason. Good food, good atmosphere and good music. 

we are a big family and you gotta love that just get you stuff done and have fun and you should have a very good experience so apply and have a good time time

Full of drama, not worth it. 

Everyone talks bad about everyone else. Very "clicky"

Plus dealing with the orillia drunk college kids who's don't tip is not worth it. 

It is a very organized kitchen but a very small space to work in. It can get very busy and stressful at times. Food is great and atmosphere is friendly.

Great place to work!

Unreal staff, great atmosphere, family oriented culture!

The customers are amazing and the company really tends to their staff!
