Most of the people who make all the way up to management started out as a production worker, so things are "set in their ways", and it is pretty hard to make a change if one or more managers disagree with you. They don't know any better because they haven't seen how things are done elsewhere (and the ones who have keep their mouths shut not to poke the beast). There is a decent amount of downtime and maintenance have next to no preventative maintenance schedule aside from greasing bearings, utility inspections, and safety inspections. Management "made it to the top" and consider themselves above everyone else giving everyone tasks such as taking out the garbage/recycling even though it's in the office side of the building. Definitely a good place to work until you've figured out your career path. The majority of the workers are from india, but there are no cliques/groups, everyone is fair to each other. Sometimes it feels like all the higher ups faked it until they made it, some decisions they make are very amateur, or simple solutions are overlooked and complicated for no reason. They go overboard with safety and you cant even store a flammable liquid in a flammable materials cabinet.

Great work atmosphere, pay and benefits. However in my personal experience management gave me positive feed back on work performance right up until the final days of probation, only to be dismissed for poor work performance right before the end of probation... was totally blindsided.  Also the job ad does not cover all the important information about the company's expectations.  Expect to spend time working night shift until enough seniority has been built.



Unfair treatment especially with the production manager.  Production manager has her own people that she treats and supports well. You can not argue with her "favourite " staff and if you do so, you will be disliked by the production manager. Unfair treatment and unfair pay especially for the staffs that has worked in the company for years. Production manager runs the entire company instead of the Plant Manager.

Collaborative, international, educational environment!

Since the onboarding session to the end of the mandate, I was delighted with the management on the project. 
We were explained all details on program, scope, objectives to accomplish as well as the definitions to get the work done!

Promotions are based on email composition and race. Don’t work here if you don’t speak Punjabi, effective communication in English is NOT a requirement. Maintain everything is condition based (run it until it breaks), and replacement part inventory is laughable. The maintenance manager is a lifer with next to no formal training and it shows. Provided in house training is next to useless and generally irrelevant.

Terrible experience there in the 3 days I worked there, no direction from production supervisor on what I was supposed to be doing, tried to take it upon myself to shadow employees for training but they’d always try to get rid of me saying they had other work to do themselves. It dirty, stinky, hot place to work….. very poor culture, no decent leadership 

I was a senior production manager for kerry group plce in dublin for 3 years   i helped bring the plant from small production to full production in this time and had over 30 female staff under my direct control.  i ran a production line and was responsible for daily targets in food production and quality within the plant

Kerry USA/Canada is a typical corporate company that cares about nothing other than its bottom line. They lie and cheat their way thru audits, break health and safety rules just to get product out. Product is often not tested properly or retested to get desired result. Employees and middle management are treated poorly and there is little to no support.

Good thing is there is work. Probably one of the worst places to work because management doesn't care. HR doesn't exist and too many policies as everyone is two-faced. Worked here 6 years, seen this go from a great company to horrible one. Management is a joke.

If you need SECURED job, this is the perfect place. We never have off day because the customer order are flow as a river. Show your fast learning skill, proof your understanding on the job, punctual on your attendance! That's it...
