Keter canada is a very fast paced workplace where everyone is expected to do their job quickly and accurately. Everyone expect a very productive behavior from all the employees. If any employee is hurt or is not in a condition to do the job, the other employees help them to get better and get their pace on the work.
All in all, the work taught me to work in a really fast paced environment and to help the colleagues when they need you.

There’s main issue is safety during work. Floor without safety mats near to machines and plastic smell is not good for health. 12 hours shift is too bad. I request to employer start eight hours shift method that’s good for health. 

Keter is a better place to work having excellent staff management and work environment. All employees and employers are very cooperative and I really enjoy at that place to work and their schedules for work are also very good.

I suggest everyone to work with Keter Canada as they are very co operative with their employees.I have learned various which will help me to gain experience in my human resource field.

9-5 work day, but has a Hybrid arrangement for corporate employees. Very rare company events or dinners/ lunches but one can get Keter products at great discounted prices at annual sales.

Worked there for a few years, great place to work. Met amazing people and supportive managers. Lots of information to learn but everyone is super helpful. Can be quite intense when busy but it’s all enjoyable 

I believe they need to pay their staff more . They need to value their employees and reward with bonus etc The management and supervisor’s need to fight for their employees.

Poor mangament ,especially shipping department.The favouritisim and improper behaviour in the office.

A typical day at work was either fast-moving or extremely slow. I learned how to collaborate with my team members. The workplace culture was a very diverse one, and comfortable.

It’s a good job for me..enhance my confidence and job skills. Make me strong .my communication skills improved and moreover good for my future.great job
