You end up making more than minimum wage however upper management is not aware of work/life balance. Sometimes, the atmosphere can become very unprofessional.

Working at SoftMoc has been a rewarding experience, blending my passion for footwear with excellent customer service. The store maintains a welcoming atmosphere where both employees and customers feel valued.

Not a very serious and strict job so you can relax as long as you do your job well and get things done. Not many promotion opportunities but good for an entry level position.
