If you are just looking for a job make some money for living expenses, this is a good place to go. But if you are taking the job seriously and would like to take it as a career, you better go somewhere else. You really can learn a lot from this place, as the rules change all the time. As a small company, the management is quite unprofessionally. Most staff won't stay there more than 2 years, even a manager. Things will go ugly, good and nice people won't survive there.

Key West Ford is a great place to work that is fun and relaxed with no political dramas.  The management team is friendly, easy to work with and care about the well being and success of the sale team.  The upper management is also very good wot work with as they believe in an open door concept and treat all staff with respect.

Be prepared to be promised the moon and then have 50% of your earnings taken by your direct report (sales manager used car side).
While upper management turn a blind eye.

If you are someone who does not prioritize career advancement, fair wages, consistent operating procedures, and responsible management, I would highly recommend working at Key West Ford. 

New Westminister's largest car lot and was lot attendant for 4 years tending to all aspects of keeping car lot in order and cars and trucks presentable.

I had a good time working there and learned alot it would have been better if I stayed there for a longer period of time so I would have get to learn more and get to know people that work there but most of them are nice and friendly staff .

Excellent management, trendy environment, employees helping one another, weekend spiffs to rev up the team, honor system. I really enjoyed my stay with Key West. thanks

good people and products . the traffic that this dealer is very stable. the manager are always willing to help to get the deal done . they have the biggest inventory of used cars and trucks,

Job is fast paced, everyone is there to support each other. Slow days will definitely be very obvious, but there is always something to do. Everyone is easy to talk to. 

It was for work experience learn really key things and valued it very well. It was a very good environment to work in. Loved to drive cars best part about the job and also selling a car.
