The pay is decent if you have the experience they’re looking for

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You’re always waiting for someone else so you can do your job. 
It’s hard to communicate with many people outside of this location as they all speak spanish

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Absolutely terrible. Everyone despises their jobs, moral is in the toilet, some employees spend the whole day every day complaining about anything and everything they can think of; working here is exhausting 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring…. Was constantly being told that I work too quickly and that I needed to slow down to stretch out my work

Don’t work for this company if you want to make money or keep your truck. No one in there wants to take responsibility of giving you steady work. Dispatch is very slow on planing for you. They make you wait a week at home for next trip and won’t even show any sign of improvement. They don’t have enough work for the amount of drivers they have. Management doesn’t understand supply and demand. Keeps hiring owner operators and drivers while they don’t have enough work for their current drivers. This company really needs dispatch that can give steady work and shows effort to improve. Not the current dispatch that will give you work one week and makes you sit home next.

My coworkers are a great bunch of people

Drivers attitudes and management allowing them to disrespect the staff with no consequences 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good environment due to the other staff. It’s a bit demoralizing when management does not stand up for the staff or recognize when an employee goes above and beyond for the company. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with drivers, updating loads, some customs

Keypoint was not too good to work at when I started then new management came in and all was changed. The GM, SM and Controller turned the culture 180. Drivers and staff were able to mingle and joke around (very positive atmosphere). These Managers cared about the staff and drivers. Now, Keypoint has lost all three of these managers due to lack of leadership from the owners. In charge now is a recruiter with no experience or people skills and an accounts person who has been there since the being and is immature and unprofessional. This is not a place you want to work at!!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Terrible place to work. Safety is a joke. No one in safety knows trucks or what we do and is on a power trip

Dealing with safety that doesn't know nothing about trucks

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Dispatch is really good., friendly and very helpful. Operations manager is really good. Very knowledgeable and helpful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great of you don't have to talk to safety who knows nothing about trucks.

I wasn’t trained properly because of impatience and was fired because of mistakes made. Mind you these were small mistakes that were easily fixed everytime. Before the day I was fired there was absolutely nothing communicated to me about my performance. I wasn’t even there for 2 months and I was fired for learning on the job but not being told exactly what needed to be done.

Safety department doesn't know what there doing

U don't have any support from the safety department

No respect for the drivers from the safety department

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Getting stuck down in laredo for days at a time

Very bad Management.. you will waist more time fixing the trailer issues by spending your time instead of driving out from there Texas yard . no one cares when it comes to dispatch have to wait week to get next load . so better to stay away . lot more to say but don’t want spend my energy on this useless company. 

The coworkers are nice and work as team-mentality.
With the small office, some people butt heads but it mainly seems to be from lack of structured employee responsibilities. 
The upper management changes frequently and there has been high turnover throughout the company.

Mostly reptation, moving auto parts north and south across the boarder. Never usually a layover in Laredo Tx. , but you can if you want , they can reschedule your reload coming up from Mexico
