Keys 360° Marketing

Been there for about a year, so here is a review from a current employee if you want the run down!

Typical work day at keys was: Going in, raising money for charities and feeling like you are making a difference at the end of the day.

Management:  Like any other job management is there to tell you if you do something that is not right, but they will help you get better. I had continuous training and all and all i learned to listen better, witch helped me out better in other aspects of life

I  noticed advancement opportunities with the company, everyone there that is management was once doing the exact same thing i was hired to do!

Job security: Never once had a issue with that

Jobwork/life balance: Depends who you ask about this, hours are from 12;30-9pm, So you might not be meeting too many people for super, but i much prefer to sleep in then get home early.

Salary:The salary is higher then minimum wage,plus a extra dollar when working on french campaigns(for bilingual people) also we have contest days where we have added incentive to win a few extra bucks(one of my coworkers won a flat-screen for a holiday contest)

Hardest part of job: Some days are harder then others, calls dont always go the way i wanted them to, but the law of average always comes back, so a bad day on the phone is going to bring you a good one soon.

The most enjoyable part of the job:In my time time there i made some very good friends, helped some charities

Great place to work in the beginning. Pay was never late, hours were consistent and as promised. I enjoy our daily meetings with co-workers and management. Friendly happy environment. 

Moving forward, hours are becoming more and more uncertain, a period of time where hours went from 40 hours per week to 20,  with some agents being layoff completely. 
Upon returning to "regular" hours it seems they are only doing so to keep us on board in case they do need workers in the future,  we are notified on short notice if a shift is a delayed start or being cut short.  
They blame it on the clients needs and wants, but i do think there are bigger issues happening here. Managers are great,  they do feel bad for the messages they relay, owners seem absent.

Working at Keys was fun only because of the call centre staff, and managers are kind and caring of staff. Managers get stressed out because of the insane expectations thrust upon them by the owner. The owners don't care about staff, ready to drop you like a hat at any time. There are no staff events, no holiday parties, no moral at all. Owners only engage with the employees when absolutely necessary. They boast their company as this great big company, but it is very small and not stable at all. No direct deposit and very often checks bounce; so if you require financial security and knowing that your next pay will be ok, this job is not for you

I left over the summer because i have a good eye for a sinking company. I still have friends who work here though. And i was right they started to bounce cheques after i left and it continued to happen chronically. Then Xmas season was supposed to be a great time they removed bonuses capping their employees wage. Now they havent paid people in over a month. Please avoid the situation at all cost do not get lured in with thier false promises. Even there managers are planning to demand their pay thats been withheld for over a month or threaten to leave there jobs this Monday. Today is Jan 19th 2019

I was congratulated every week about my work. I would verbally ask for help in a campaign, feeling as though I was struggling, to be told that I was doing fantastic. 
Then I got a call one morning telling me my position was terminated due to my lack of results within a campaign.
They say that the numbers don't matter as much as the connection with the donor, it is not true. It was at first but the more into Covid19 we got, the more the numbers mattered. 

Key's is a good place to work if you are not a single parent.
the people are friendly and bend over backwards for you but from time to time the hours get cut because of lack of work to be done.
i love the people i worked with and think of all of them as family.
pays where never late , never shorted me on pay either, they are amazing to make sure all employees got paid on time or before. 
hope one day to be back working for them again soon.
if you are looking for a great at home job please give Key's 360 Marketing a try i'm sure you will love working with them just as much as i did.

Don't expect to get full pay. Besides that everything else was fine. I had to go over the owner and the employees head just to get my money because they manipulated my work hours and wouldn't pay the remaining balance when asked. The owner and the employees were not honest so it took awhile before I got my money from a third party that forced them to give me the money.

If you want to know your work makes a real difference and that you are doing it with a team that really cares, this is the place to be. 

Start the day off with either a quick group training or a game to get to know the team and then it's fundraising all day for wonderful charities. It's fully remote, but there is an open chat space to get in touch with coworkers and managers if you have questions or want to share a joke. 

I loved working at Keys, I received raises and easy bonuses. It's a fun place to work - always games and incentives to keep it interesting. It was a great group to work with and the managers really care about the staff. The clients were great and I felt like my work, raising money, made a difference.

Great group of staff on the phones, the management team they have had this summer was horrible and have no clue what they are doing or how to talk to staff. They bounce paychecks constantly, They allow drinking on the job, so if your a drunk this job is for you.
