The days are far too long and management demands far too much for what they pay. You start at 4 in the morning, and you end when you return to the warehouse. The days can be as ling as 13 hours or more depending on your route. Be prepared to lose any social life you had, and to always be tired. There was not a single day while I worked at keystone where I could say I was not exhausted, not just physically but mentally. The work will drain you. The long hours make doing more then 3 shifts in a row very difficult, thankfully there is only 4 work days in a week. Oh and don't expect the company to pay any of your tickets, that will all come out of your pocket, even if it is a ticket for going over your allotted daily drive time, something that you have no control over because of the long haul routes and number of stops on your run, you have to pay it. As for pay, don't expect much, even after a year with this company the best I saw was 13 cents. Expect to be understaffed, not many people stay on for very long, either leaving on thier own accord or getting let go. Job secuirty is pretty much non existant, it will always feel like you can be let go at nearly any moment for any reason. This company will eat you up and spit you out, then move on to the next sucker in line.

Manager is pretty decent, One of the better ones but has an issue putting his foot down and laying the law with his staff. Company openly states you can get a raise after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Completely false. You will be paid the same for every year you work there. They except you to have zero life from Monday to Saturday. Even if your only booked for a warehouse shift that starts from 230 am and normally finishes around 9 to 10am, which normally then you can make appointments for this day all of a sudden someone no shows and your expected to drop everything and complete a shift or you get written up. Horrible company overall. Have the staff are immature little punk. Not recommended. 

Promises of advancement not fulfilled by upper management. I was requested multiple times by three different managers to do Lead Driver Position. When I felt I was prepared to do so, after being employed for over 1 yr as a driver, I stepped forward, and after 3 months of training was still not being given the proper tools to do the job and after multiple request was at a stalemate in my advancement, with management being condescending, micro managing & giving me the run around I felt this was not the company I wanted to work for. 50% of other drivers were constantly late or last minute no shows, multiple time per week, screwing up the day for other drivers that valued their job. 

In no particular order because the cons won't all fit: Really long hours, racial/sexist comments daily, poor management, disorganized workplace, very high turnover

Every single day it's the wild west scrambling to get trucks unloaded and delivery trucks on the road. This stress alone leads to many unhappy drivers/turnover and you haven't even hit the road yet. 

Drivers have to sort every 18 wheeler load manually then load it themselves to a smaller truck at the beginning of what typically is a 12-18 hour days(you never know how long your day is in advance) unless you're on a planned two day run then it's even longer.

This company pretends they care about their driver, however be very careful if you decide to work for them,  they are not respectful of their driver and they will not hesitate to fire you, especially when you get close to the time that they owe you your 2 weeks holiday. They would rather fire you then pay you.  Also please do not accept any clothing from them because they will also  cheat you there,  when they fire you,  they will,   mark up the amount of clothing pieces that they lent you and they will then deduct it from your last pay.  All I can say is good luck working for them.

Start 2:30am, unload semi, sort and reload cube vans for routes, drive and drop. Big delivery area, long hours with good clients. The OT makes the job good but $20/hr to start whether you have 20 years experience or still have N plates sucks. Wish management had more team-building knowledge. Up to 70hrs a week dominates my life. Growth seems more about personality than ability.

There is no best, bad company to work for, they don’t keep there word, don’t expect raises, and unsafe trucks

The management, not the direct management, but the regional and beyond

Stressful, and frustrating at times

Early mornings, late nights.. you can only make money if you work 12+

If your looking for a introduction into the automotive and/or parts industry this is a great place to work. Great people and even better customers that always keep a smile on your face through out the day. The job can be a little bit stressful with the winter months being very busy due to higher volume of calls and shorter deadlines but most of the time it is usually a very rewarding job.

Yes i like my job, but since the management as changed, work is different, it all about work and sales, use to be a fun place to work, not any more. We have 3 shows every year, it is always about what business are you going to bring in, i feel it should be customer appreciation, where you need customer and thank for thier business not to have your hands in their pocket.

My experience  at keystone was ok. Lots of travel if thats what your looking for. But starting at 3 am than going on the road all day takes a toll on your life after awhile at least it did me, it did not fit in with my lifesyle. 
Management was good, good bosses and staff to work with. 
Trucks and equipment  was ok.
Pay was exceptable.
