Can be relaxed and very busy at times sorting things out and getting areas prepared for next phases

Daily working environment is good and adaptable; management are friendly and fair. Given room and opportunity to learn different tasks within the role; the hardest part is getting the process / order in your head you just need to focus and concentrate. The atmosphere in the office is good and a nice vibe also which is great plus many staff I have had dealings with are friendly and helpful

I worked for Kier in Cornwall. oh dear, felt like  work horse/slave, no such training, high demands, pressure and stress, made me ill and had to leave. Manager didn't have a  clue how to treat staff, H.R. little more than useless. Never in my whole life have I worked for a company like this. Salary was dire for the workload you have to endure!!!!

Management want the world from you to make themselves look good. Only interested in figures and not the people.
Top managers are not interested in the people on the ground carrying out the work.

I find it very hard to obtain support from the senior management at director level, contact via telephone to your direct line manager is impossible, 

My work experience was very broad. My time was spent in different departments in the Aylesford office, comprising of Finance / commercial, technical, construction & estimating. With a couple of visits out to live construction sites.

Good bunch of work colleagues and supervisors but work can be slow within no diggers etc but overall not a bad place to work and very good for job security.

Always a pleasure to come to work. Different challenges everyday.Overcoming obstacles,and meeting targets . Management always on hand to help out, keen to learn and develop my skills.

Awful managers who have no skills and really don t care  . A very nasty culture of  gossiping and not respecting colleagues. Do yourself a favour and don t apply if you have any morals or integrity 

Worked for a agency whilst at kier there was never any pay issues and the management were alright and easy to talk to only left as the project ended
