Seems good on the surface but other employees like to spread rumours and tell the managers false things about you if they don’t like you. Owner doesn’t like to have any common sense and will fire you at the drop of a hat regardless how you do. Equipment is well maintained however and some employees are excellent, really depends what you do there and which side you work on. Cover your back and don’t expect to have job once anyone doesn’t like you. 

One of the best excavating and sewer companies around by far.  Great people to work with and lots of high performers.  If you are not a high performer or have a bad attitude don't expect to last.  Management seems committed to improving and has weeded out a lot of negative people over the years especially in the office.  Kieswetter is solid and well respected and always have lots of work.  Pay is above standard as are working condtions.  Cant say enough good things about working here.

Family ran business, management makes everyone feel included. Lots of opportunities to learn from very experienced people. Fast pace friendly office , everyone is willing to pitch in to get the work done. Company expresses gratitude. 

The word team is not something you will hear a lot here. Mostly blame and excuses. Extremely stressful environment with little to no support or encouragement. 

Easy to get along with management. If you have a family and you need time off it's not a problem. New or close to new equipment. Good bunch of fellow employees. 

The team is a good and positive and there is always work to do.  supervisors take time to show how to do the job.  you get to learn new skills and work outside.  


Job was OK 
Some of the management was hard to work with !!
Truck was ok shape.

Lack of work made me leave - but was a great company to work for.
