I love working for Kiid. Ever since i started, over 1 year ago, I have worked for several families and different environments which is something i love about the job. I get to meet a lot of kids, I can be more dynamic and improvise with activities and have fun with children. Staff is amazing, my bosses are the best I have ever had. Its a perfect job while I’m in school since it can be very flexible with hours and schedules. The only down side is that hours aren’t fixed (unless you come across a family needing a frequent babysitter) so some weeks you can get a lot of hours and some others you get none, it goes with demand and your schedule. Other than that, everything is perfect, i would recommend it to anyone 

Love working for Kiid. I manage my own schedule and they are super flexible. I have been babysitting for about 3 months now and went to 6 different families. All were super nice!
Marie-Pier is probably the best boss you will ever work for!

The only thing is that they don't guarantee hours. So some weeks nothing is going on and then the next week you get 3 bookings. It varies. At the beginning, I didn't put a lot of availabilities so I didn't get bookings. As soon as I started adding evenings and weekends I received more.

I’ve been working for Kiid for a few months and I really love it so far.  The team is super nice, organized and care about your safety. I am Able to choose my hours and Marie Pier is so nice and always supportive whenever I have an issue

The schedule is very flexible. You can choose your own schedule and accept or refuse any shifts offered to you. You get to have regular clients over time. The work is varied because you take care of children of different ages. 
 
If you are unavailable for weeks or months at a time, you can take time off. 

Very flexible schedules, fun team, everything is well organized. Very happy I found this job! I started a year ago while finishing my bachelor's degree. I am now working full-time in education but appreciate the extra hours with Kiid during my days off as I have an unusual schedule.

Working for Kiid is like being part of a family, you can be sure that they always have your back and can assure your safety at all time. More than that, it gives you a very agreeable feeling of belonging, and enables a lot of flexibility !

I've been working for Kiid for 6 months now and I can say that it feels like being part of a big family. Great team and great relationship between coordinators and workers on top of being able to choose your own flexible hours of work. 

The team is very nice and supportive. The work is quite flexible since you get to pick your own hours. You get to meet children of different ages so the work is never the same. It's a great place to work!

Kiid is an amazing company with an inspiring CEO. It's a fast paced environment where you are challenged daily and encouraged to take initiative and challenge the status quo

Great management and team. The boss is nice as well.
Not stable hours and the shifts are usually only 3-4 hours. The appointments are always so far away
