Office and warehouse staff very helpful 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micromanaged to death 
Change goalposts on targets 
No leadership 
Poor pay
No commission
Management is totally confused and constantly changes direction 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Upper management is so lost in what’s happening in the industry they are stuck in 1990 thinking
Company centric, not customer centric, which in this day and age of service. First is not that way of the company.

Do what we tell you and not like I do and that's it...  Stubborn anglo-saxon middle -ages' old management with no human values or at most times they are not listening critisms.  

Be wise and avoid this place at all costs.  If you join, you will have no possibilities of any kind of advancement, or even it's impossible to just try others jobs within their business.  You are to stay at the same position they chose you to be.

I enjoyed my time at kimpex meet a lot of great people all over Canada.
It is now time for a new challenge to finish my business career off.The powersports industry was very challenging managing four division.
The division were Marine,Snow,Motocycle,Atv.

day to day task depending on where area you be put on. learned a lot especially in receiving stocks and putting them away. fun part of the job is you just drive.

Some of the worst management I've ever dealt with. Many issues were brought to their attention just to go ignored. No incentives and barely any raises. Unsafe work environment with lazy co workers.

all days were busy, a few co workers were nice, most weren't. managment was really set in his ways and never really cared about the hppiest of his employes

Great place to work with competent people.
Very reliable products.Easy to be motivated and inspired.
I strongly recommended.
