Management was awful, not understanding, not lenient, was not helpful with personal stress and needing time off or to leave early for emergencies. Very judgmental atmosphere, lots of drama and toxicity. It’s great to work with children but very understaffed with not enough support for the children with developmental or learning disabilities. Inappropriate and unprofessional management. Only care about money and not the children. Allowed many kids to get hurt and cover up the extent of injuries. Poor health and safety protocol. 

Disorganized and deceitful management. 
Staff brought own toys, crafts and supplies. 
They treated staff in horrible ways by closing staff rooms and those without vehicles ate on the floor in the hallways. This was disgusting especially during a pandemic.
Many staff had terrible mental health and fear of losing their job. No one felt they could talk with management. The food was cheap and didn't have much variety for children. They kept children in 1 class all day during rainy days or too hot, they kept the gym closed, unfair to the kids. 

Being in Early Childhood Education will never not be stressful but it could definitely be helped. Management cares more about pleasing parents than the worries of staff. Would have children being dropped off in the middle of nap time, there is no holding room or room for non-sleepers unless schoolaged. This makes it difficult to keep children asleep, which then later causes upset parents and outbursts from the children. The pay is not high enough for the deamands of the job. 

When I first got hired, I was excited to work. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed working with children and youth. However, I quickly realized Kinder had a high turnover rate and the management was poor and unprofessional. There is no seniority, low benefits, low salary, no paid sick days and you had to buy your own arts/crafts supplies for your classroom.

Horrible place to work. Can't say one good thing about this place. High turn over rate, if the owner didn't like you she would make it clear. They would treat there favorite better then everyone else. Take you out of classroom for no reason. You would get in trouble for something but if their favorite did the same thing the would get away with it. I could go on and on about it. I just have to say, stay away for your own mental health 

Promise better hours but then don't get scheduled for weeks. When you do get scheduled its for only a couple hours. Supposed to switch early and late shifts but don't regularly for full timers. If you're not family or close friends you probably will not advance.

My experience at Kinder has been mostly good. Owners/Management are great if they respect you as an employee. You do a good job for them and they treat you good. The wage is average. Between $14-17/hr for RECE and non-ECE staff. Wages are totally based on the person and there is no set standard for the company. The work atmosphere with the other employees is great.

 Absolutely love my job. Where I work and what I do brings joy to my life everyday. I love the staff, children and management and I walk in everyday knowing I’ll be supported and respected by everyone around me.

It a good place to work in . The staff are friendly. I enjoyed working with children. The management was bad . You are going to notice if the owner does like you . They have low rate 

I was on my placement and I had a great experience with staff and family, I felt so comfortable when I need to understand the situation. Children had a great valuable teachers.
