Typical Day consists of consulting with customer's about their concerns, walk arounds, write-ups and follow-ups.  Learn how multi-tasks in a fast past position.

Management will provide the supported needed on many difficult to resolve situations.  Their doors will always be open to provide any help.

Hardest part of the job is dealing with unreasonable customers.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of accomplishment when working together with a team of technicians to help resolve the customer's most pressing concerns about their vehicle.

In summary, if you are willing to put yourself in the grind, spend extra hours to learn and grow, build relationships with customers, and be a team player, the company will give you the mentorship needed to succeed in the industry.

As a former Digital Sales Consultant with Kingscross Hyundai, I grew and learned a lot about handling certain situations. Without the help of my colleagues and excellent managers, I would have never been as successful as I thought I would be.

 When starting, you may feel intimidated, but once you get to know everyone, they will treat you like family, no matter what the age difference is.

Management treat staff based on who they like. Lots of segregation and nepotism going on in dealership. No communication and no respect for sales staff. Sales Staff is treated like criminal especially if you are Minority. Management do not solve problems they just pass it on to different person always blame sales staff. Does not give tools to improve or succeed! Management talk down to sales and do not behave in a positive manner to foster teamwork! 

Nice place to go to work everyday. Respectful and friendly environment. Fun people to work with. All around a great place to work and staff discounts on parts as well.

I was helping the parts department with the annual inventory.  Team was accommodating and helpful, we pushed and helped each other to get the job done under tight timelines while keeping things light and fun.

I didn't work here for long but it's been enjoyable for 2 and a half months. Great colleagues to work with. Paid wise not the best at the beginning. Like most commission jobs, it will take time to build customer base. If you willing to work hard, you can make decent salary here.

The staff and customers are great to work with, the management is the reason why this place is a revolving door. Independently own, their is no "open door policy".  Not a healthy work environment. Long hours low pay. Horrible benefits and incentives.

The customers are good but you’ll end up with very little support. If your an experienced service advisor you’ll be fine but if your starting out good luck

This company is the right fit for you if you have high ambitious and derive to success. Management will support the right people to join the team and work together towards success.  

Kingcross is a busy shop. Unlimited works if you capable and willing to work. People there are nice and collaborative, the service team members are willing to help when you need any support. Good place to start you new career.
