Kingsdale Chateau

Lots of repair, paint, light plumbing, carpentry, had extensive experience before starting there, but still enjoyed learning what was expected on the job,, management is hired off the street some with very little experience, so hard to follow what they wanted, workplace is divided into little groups that defend their territory! It was hard to follow requests that I new were overly expensive do to the prescribed method, They supplied great meals at that time and I was not overly monitored.

I love the job I was doing as manager.My days were always demanding but with much enjoyment working with a most professional staff I worked with.Managing the building allowed me to to be involved  with the residents on a daily baseswhich I enjoyed immensely.

The management picks and chooses who they're nice to, and when. quite a few staff are rude to the residents.  you need a lot of patience to work the residents have lots of different hearing issues and such.  little to no hours 

the shifts were very short and there were only 3 shifts available each day. it was difficult to balance but the job itself was very rewarding because most of the residents were so kind and polite.

Hours are very unusual for a server at this place. Usually only two hour shifts, so hard to obtain more hours. Also a very negative environment and hard to get necessary days off as management will get mad. As a high school student who worked part time, it was not a beneficial job.

Enjoyed working with the residents and for the residents management was great here on Kingston only drawback to the job was the term other duties I not only drove the activity bus but did a lot of side duties reason I left 

Nice place to work, they are understanding about my needs and take that in to account.The residents are great to work for. It is a well maintained building, and the management wants it to be a good place to live.

Days were long and management thought cleaning staff never worked fast enough

we indeed get free food, but is it really worth the short hours and the bad management. My other co-workers were great. The residents were really nice though

one of the easiest places to work for 
really easy going and very understanding when it comes to other happening things in your life
