This employer was fantastic until upper management decided to micromanage to an unacceptable level. 

It was expected to have a bag packed and be able to travel at the drop of a dime and with no return to home date. Work away till the job is done ... Was paid for days I worked all the time but never was paid for a day I was willing to work however other employees did not want to work made working out of town frustrating.

There have been a lot of organizational changes over the last few years, it is a positive environment to work in and there is room for growth in most departments 



Management is all about making themselves look good.  They get you to do there dirty work.  They are extremely unethical and not to mention sneaky.  They "cook the books" so it seems as if they are operating at a loss....which is so untrue.

Nothing but snakes and incompetent know nothing's run the show. They believe people are expendable and will do nothing to help you if you ask.  Almost a100% turnover rate and stress people out to the pointof having anxiety related seizures.

At Klimer you will get zero respect from the owner or anyone in management. There is zero communication and zero organization everyday is a nightmare. 

early  morning meeting, grab tools, go to site, set up or dismantle equipment, head back to shop

Hardest part of the of job was being the only women in the company with all men.

at work I do my 8 hrs  go hm and on weekands spend time with my kids friend pp there are ok u get a lot out of it co workers are ok liked going out west  and meeting new ppl  hardest part is working out side when it is cold

Communication is this company’s strong suit. Whether it’s management-employee, employee-employee, or between the different departments, everything is communicated well and on time.

I worked at Klimer for 3 years before I moved out of the area.

In that time, I gained quite a bit of insight into the company.

And from what I experienced, I can honestly say it’s a genuine place to work.


You can make really good money working at Klimer if you have any kind of previous experience. Trust me, they really value that and know how to put their money where their mouth is.
