Since day one, the team at Knowledgehook has been incredibly supportive, and keen to support me in any way possible! There is such a supportive management team who always encourages me to ask questions and be curious, and yet there is also so much trust and room for me to take ownership of my own work!

The management team is extremely supportive and always encourages employee growth. Although instruction for tasks is given, I am usually able to use my own self-direction in order to complete said tasks, try out new strategies, and take on new directions. This is a fantastic environment for anyone who doesn't want to work in a 'static' position. Everyday can look different which keeps me engaged in what I'm doing - both because of the novelty as well as my own interest in self-development.  

The opportunity to work remotely allows for an excellent work-life balance. Despite working from home, efforts are continuously made to keep employees engaged with the team, which helps maintain a sense of the 'traditional' work environment.

Chronic micromanagement by ceo who thinks he knows more than all people combined.  They pay lip service to caring about culture but the reality is the company is awash with poor treatment of employees through low pay, public shaming and lack of trust and respect.  The good people who are left are mostly there because they are stuck since there arent a lot of other opportunities in the space.  The tool is actually good but it has been slowly rotting bc of constant distractions and pet projects of the ceo.  

The company needs a new head who has experience running a company and knows how to empower teams to do great work.

I'm not sure what it is that attracts the employees to this company because everyone comes from so many different backgrounds, but everyone who works here is absolutely amazing! The management are so incredibly supportive and they really make you feel like your opinions are valued and always give really great feedback! Even though most of us work from home, we all feel so connected to each other and the company because of the town halls and meetings with each other. 

Knowledgehook is a collaborative, interesting, and ever growing environment that truly values its employees. I've always felt supported and heard when I propose ideas or changes - and the community has such an aura of togetherness despite working from home. It can be challenging work, sometimes needing more time than the standard work day, but it is rewarding and my efforts are most often recognized by my superiors.

I've been with the company since the early days and have loved working with KH and in the K-12 education space.   The company is always trying new things and that creates lots of opportunities to grow your skillset.    The culture is positive and they care about being an aspirational brand so although things aren't always perfect they do try to course correct when the notice things not working out well or if people are upset.    

If you are a talented and hard working engineer looking for a really cool place to work, this is the place you want to be.  Knowledgehook Inc. has the heart of a startup,  but also long-term growth and success.

Upper management all the way up to the CEO are the nicest people. You really want to work for them because they deserve it for treating everyone so well.


Biggest strengths are management, opportunities for growth and work culture. Management is supportive throughout the process, including successes and mistakes. They encourage innovation, creativity, and collaboration. The work culture is also very supportive, encourages personal and professional development and promotes a healthy work/life balance. The company is expanding and there are opportunities to keep growing with it. Happy to have found this workspace and team.

The company fosters team and individual growth.  The management is super supportive.  This is truly one of the most unique companies I have ever worked for.
