What is the best part of working at the company?
very little supervision, felt like nobody cared & everyone was only there for $

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
the pressure to work through my lunch breaks, extremely bad communication from upper management, supervisors who don't care about safety standards, rude people, having to work with mostly immigrants who don't speak proper English. maintenance/engineering department is playing games not actually fixing things so they can have infinite overtime. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Spanish and Indian. work culture is basic factory stuff, as long as you do your job it's fine. sometimes you have to pull other people's weight, which is not easy. if someone sees you working hard they often take advantage of you

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
come in early, talk to line operators about how their shift went (they dont want to talk about work when they're 30 minutes away from clocking out). keep production records, make sure machines are running properly. if there are any problems with the line it is your responsibility to catch them, troubleshoot, etc

I wanted to say this: if you want a stressful place to work, then work at Korex Company. First of all, the manager is mean, plays favorites, and the work environment can feel very uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating things is being sent home before the end of your shift because you’re not full-time, while others seem to get priority.

The worst part is feeling like you're at work but not feeling comfortable or valued there, yet you still have to push through and do your job. It becomes frustrating and exhausting.

My advice to anyone: if you’re working there, let it be a temporary shelter while it’s raining, but keep looking for something better. Don’t depend on it completely because one week you may work two days, and the next week you may not even appear on the rota.

And what’s even more confusing is seeing new people constantly being hired while the people already working there are struggling to get enough shifts. That’s the reality many are dealing with.

If you are Canadian don't brother working here you will be treat bad... One of the boss is a rude and not a good person .. she treats everyone bad and thinks she better than all.. the way she talks to people she should not be working as a boss at all.. other than her if u are not Canadian this would be a good job... the labor broad should be called to this place!!!

It's a job but no room for advancement. No raises at all and have to work with all temps from different cultures..I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here..STAY AWAY FROM KOREX!!!!!!

Their friendly, team work, good communication, hard workers flexible and time management collaborate and helped each other in any situations in the environment.

Loose standards poor budget and bad management 

No sense of teamwork 

Unrealistic production expectations 

Very high stress environment 

Many under paid positions

Keep it clean when you work 
Respect  your workers that work with you 
Be on time for the job never come late 
Helper the other workers when they need help

Learned a lot of human resources procedures and policies.  Industrial setting with blue and white collar workers.  Enjoyed the location and hours.

they frier people for nothing when they work hard for them... they dont ever thank anyone for do extra work for them... the bosses no nothing about the stuff and if u get hired thou hcm u will never get full time

This place sucks. The people suck. The work sucks. The hours suck. It’s a poisoned workplace. I wouldn’t recommended this place to my worst enemy. The entire place should burn to the ground
