Parts of this job I really liked, but the job scope that I was hired for became like a weed, and never stopped growing.  I was hired for Payroll and some reception, then I was a liaison between major clients, then ended up adding on work orders, then I was an Executive Assistant, never changing positions, these positions just kept getting added on.  And my salary never changed.  I was a family business, The parents owned and ran the business and the sons worked there.  Some days I was doing payroll, other days I was out renewing their passports, or dealing with Insurance Agents trying to develop a group insurance package for the company.  And for whatever I was not doing at that time because I was up to my neck in something else, I would get pulled into a meeting about it.  I decided to make a career change and get more into CS as I had people skills, and payroll experience.  Great change.  The family is really nice and we are still in touch.

Poor production management ( Not qualified )  Inconcistant manufacturing policies . Management failing to communicate critical / key / important job work information in a time. Management frequently not educated enough  to perform normal management functions and regularly refusing to get that education . Management having to assign the tasking of their own work responsibilities to QA / Assembly / or CNC techs that were more educated therefore overloading the technicians work . Management not taking corrective action to prevent future problems even after being warned by good responsible techs to do so .

Low pay. Employers are very cheap, always ask you to do different jobs but never give you a raise. They keep your vacation pay this year that you got nothing if you don’t work. No promotion and a 250 dollar bonus at the year end. They will only increase your salary unless you find a new place because they know they can not find a people with this wage. However,  don’t expect too much, they only give you 1 or 2 dollars raise that you will never catch up with your bills.

Company is family owned. Very bias and racial management. The work is not a lot. Salary is pathetic.   Zero chance of advancement. When asked for raise, they give 50 cents to 1 dollar raise per hour. Max yearly bonus for non management staff is $300. 
No amenities in site. 
Forced to work on weekends. No extra pay.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, ensure that Egan customers are satisfied and well-served on a timely basis. This would include, but not be limited to, leading and supervising 4-6 production process teams in support of several business functions including:

The work environment, and the people was not very good

They are super competitive and pushy, the staff will set you up for failure if they feel you have the potential to push them out of there placement and also if your not the same nationality to them (serbian) they make your job hard as 5 out 10 speak serbian and no english,

There is a not of clean up required but manageable. Able to learn how to deal with employee issues and payroll while multitasking. 
A typical day is not imaginable as it changes day to day.
