People are very hard working and willing to push hard to get results.  There is no work-life balance.  A larger company, so there are opportunities for growth if your manager sees potential in you.

Over saw logistics services, delivering products, responding to on, going challenges and issues including changes with U.s  travel and decision making. Worked in multiple work sites and US states. Days away from home, hotel rooms. 

Enjoyed my time working for the company at the time, as my colleagues and management were supportive.  Office was moved from one location to another one much further which meant a longer commute, which was the downside.

There was always a lot happening at Kraft.
Worked with great achievers and learnt a lot.
Teams worked very hard and also had lots of fun.

Annual and semi annual job performance reviews were done regularly !   Work life balance was excellent !!   Although the hours were long, it was worth it !

Used to be great until 3G got their hand on them. No work life balance and no loyalty for hard working employees. You are as good as what you have done lately. 

They have fired more talent than some companies will ever have.
