I have been in the automotive industry for 17 years. I have gone through countless changes with processes, people, management and Extremely difficult challenges. When I was hired here at Kramer Mazda, the management team made me feel very welcomed and provided me with amazing support and training. Kramer Mazda allows its personnel to learn and grow in the challenging/changing environments and industry providing great support. The culture at this dealership is amazing. All departments and personnel are fantastic to work with. I truly enjoy coming into work everyday. People have always said "the grass is greener on the other side" then end up crawling back because its not. Here at Kramer Mazda, it is as green as grass gets. 

Everybody slacks off, and I mean everybody, poor management and service advisors are very needy to get several things done in less than an hour, and on top of that, still do your job. Job wasn’t hard but management and the service advisors made it hard and horrible, they always wanted to one up everyone else anytime someone was talking about something. And guys always come in late, like 20-40 minutes late most of everyday and management doesn’t bat an eye. Lots of downtime, (if you hide from management) which I didn’t mind but it made the day go by slow and 1 hour lunches were probably my favourite part of the day, besides going home.

Having never worked at a dealership before, I was a little nervous at first, but it has turned out to be a great experience. Even the interview process was positive and welcoming. All of the training is hands-on and very practical.
The managers are fantastic; they check in frequently to see if I have any questions or need support. The team culture is also amazing. Everyone looks out for one another and is always ready to step in and help. Lastly, there are great opportunities to grow. For example, management is open to discussing internal transfers and helping you find the position that best suits your skills.

Overall really enjoyed working at Kramer Mazda, the staff were all very professional and very just nice people, clean work environment, too. My only gripe was the assumptions that the sales manager would make, ie a car which was just traded in and is absolutely disgusting on the inside, and he would insist it just needed “a quick rinse and vacuum.” Other than that, it was a great place for me to start and would recommend to people looking for work.

I started with Kramer Mazda in the Customer Care Center and have now moved into sales. It was great to have the opportunity to advance within the company and starting in the Customer Care Center gives you excellent background knowledge to work in any department. I can't say enough good things about the managers, especially the Customer Care Center manager as they helped me develop the skills necessary to advance to my new position.

Staff are not treated equal. Expected to work 24/7 and family events are not important to management. They make you feel bad if they give you time off. If your in the office on the phone they tell you that your spending too much time in your office. If your on the floor or on the lot, they tell you that you should be on the phone.
They like to make the sale but not pay the staff accordingly.

A good to fair experience for me. things have changed for better since then. I would say it is a good place to work. Typical of business. Good training and equipment up to date..... overall typical dealership job for mechanic. Lots of politics........ usual.

It is a relaxed job and the management especially at Service Department helped us grow and focused on how to improve our work. Work hours are not bad, you still have time to do chores after hours. People are nice, customers are not always nice but we try to give them the best care that we could. If you work together, there shouldn't be an issue.

All in all a good place to work. In a very competitive marketplace it helps being at the busiest store. It was easy to deliver an excellent experience for the customers here.

I have enjoyed working here and can't see myself moving on at this time. For the first time after working in this industry for a very long time I am excited to come to work everyday. The staff is generally happy and so are the customers which is really the whole point.
