Working at Krazy Binz as a warehouse worker was a fast-paced experience that helped me improve my teamwork, organization, and time management skills. The environment was busy every day, especially during unloading and restocking, which taught me how to work efficiently under pressure. I gained experience handling inventory, organizing products, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. The team was supportive, and the job helped me build a stronger work ethic and better communication skills. Overall, it was a good opportunity to gain hands-on warehouse experience and learn how large shipments and inventory operations are managed.

With no running water, no air conditioning, and a leaky roof, I definitely would not recommend working here. My first paycheque was delayed and I was paid in cash instead of direct deposit like I had given them the information for because their bookkeeper had made an error. The employees had endless drama and the management had visible favourites. This workplace is borderline hostile, and is an accident waiting to happen, with little to no PPE for their workers.

no discrimination , team oriented, great communication.

fast pace and people REALLY like to steal stuff

nice people. good communication and fun

They won’t give you shifts. I have given my full time availability but still I get only 8 hours or no hours a week.

I was very excited to work at Krazy Binz. It was a job I wanted, not one I needed at the time. Unfortunately, the way staff is treated was unreasonable and disgusting. You weren't allowed to speak to your coworkers. You were treated as a thief before you're even hired and staff is often belittled in front of all the other workers. 

Very stressful to work - management is not clear on how to effectively and efficiently manage staff.  Management is very hands off on the running of the business. One positive was that they worked around my other job when scheduling. 

the workload is crazy, like there is only 5 people at each shift to take care of the entire store, and the expectations are just higher than the clouds, you can't even use headphones to listen to music while working.

When I was working there we had no idea what we were doing the rules of what we were to do change day to day and was very inconsistent.., and the owner treated everybody that wasn’t his favourite very poorly

I love working for this company, it’s an extremely fun job with challenges that inspire you to do better and be better. You can tell the owners are passionate about the business, and the team is extremely collaborative. 


Fair hours your mainly taking garbage out of the bins management could use some work it’s very boring if your not doing cash lots of standing and walking around
