If you have experience and good work ethics do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these guys. The manager has no people skills whatsoever and is rude and belittling to his staff. A real "I know the best in every situation" type style, they will put in ear plugs and wear blind folds when it comes to other's suggestions. Processes are stuck in 1980- there is no desire to change, not sure if they have heard of the internet and e-mail yet. Worked there for a week and friends- that was a very bad week that I will not get back. They will be dishonest about the company culture and their intentions during the interview. I give two stars because they have some pretty good warehouse staff though negative most of they day, seem like good folks. Production and warehouse are staff treated like dogs, nothing but bad times ahead for you here.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Absolutely nothing!!. The worst place I've ever worked for. Highest turn over of employees I've ever seen. Do not apply!!. To many managers, everyone that works there hate it.if you don't speak English and have no other choice or skills. Still look somewhere else.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management to many bosses,always looking to write you up. No pay raises, no benefits,  no nothing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone hates the company and management, very tense, peaple come and go daily.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Looking over your shoulder, for all the managers, looking to write you up, as they have nothing else to do.

The whole process in which things are done around there is silly the management feels he is always right and his way is better then other they dont like if you have experience and question them on it. Like its all about control which wastes time and some of there decisions make people double handle or double pick orders making more work cause the whole system around the warehouse is chaos this might be a good first job but if your experienced and dont like to be micro managed then this isnt your work place keep looking

Felt the need to put a positive posting up as it seems that bitter employees that no longer work here have left reviews. Majority of employees are good to work with that care about the company. A few negative employees are left that need to leave but in due time they will be gone. Management is doing the best they can with the tools that are provided. They care for the employees and do their best to provide a good work life balance. Great deals on fruit. Equipment is old  that keeps breaking down. If you want the hours they are there but you can leave early if the work is finished

They are very unorganized. The salespeople are constantly changing the orders and then they are mad when their product is late, but it is impossible to finish an order when it gets revised 2-6 times and has to go out the door the same day. They take advantage of the production staff and pay them less than any other dept. The old warehouse manager used to swear at people. I never have seen so many upset and sad workers.
There isn't enough machines and you stand around lots waiting.

I would start at 6:00 am work till 2:30pm, offloaded and loaded trucks, picked orders for customers including farmers markets. I learned a lot more about shipping and receiving and returned products. Most of the management is great, the head manager is a little hard on people. The hardest part of the job was being in the cold 24/7. The most of enjoyable part of the job was the people I worked with. The supervisors are awesome.

I have been working here for over a year now, I can for sure say people leaving a negative reviews were just unhappy people. Work at krown imports is up and down it has its challenges but overall enjoyable place to work. If you like routine work then this place isn't for you. I have seen lot of people get the opportunity to grow in the company. People are fun to work with and management is easy to talk to. I have had zero issues at Krown. 
If you looking for work don't base your judgment off the negative reviews.

Standard warehouse work. Jobs are usually given out per each individuals strengths. Management is quite terrible in the high stress seasons. Hardest part of the job is during the summer where there can be a lot of down stacking of product. The people you work with on a every day basis are the most enjoyable part of the job.

Please disregard the negative reviews. This is a great fast paced, family oriented work environment. Very busy some days but it makes the time go by faster. Great communication between departments Production and Sales. Management is very understanding and approachable. You should definitely give this place some consideration. I would come in and see it myself. It's better than advertised.
