In a typical day, you can't plan on what will be done, the amount of work and variety of tasks are limitless. 

You are required to travel, witch is a good change from office life but unfortunately there is  no system in place to have the day to day work looked at in your absence, therefore when you get back to the office it takes a couple of weeks to catch up, this causes a very stressful environment in the period when any member of the department travels.

Unfortunately under staffed and overworked is the best description I can give you for the warranty/service department.

There are some very nice people working there, and that is what I will  miss most about Kubota Canada.

High employee turn over in service roles.
Poor management is to blame.
Most employees know more than their boss,getting you eventualy blackballed.
Benefits are better than average, but come at a cost.
Kubota is a stepping stone from a job to a career elsewhere.
Where you will be appreciated.


I took this as a summer contract job while I am attending college and found a great group of guys to work with. Although things can get a little hectic, there was always overtime if you wanted to work it. It is not a job for the faint of heart though, you must be able to swear like a trouper.

Kubota Canada Ltd is a great company with mature employee that will support you in a sincere way. Very few people to be wary off, which is fantastic. This is mostly a company for people looking to settle comfortably into a position. If Kubota is hiring... I would strongly suggest for anyone to apply!

Great People and helpful Managers and coworkers. Good Training and on boarding.
Great feedback for the good and the bad, that really helps you grow in your position.


Over All Experience at Kubota  was very Disturbing .
Management was Ignoring Issues and Promising Temp Workers Permanent Jobs When that was not their intent .
No Respect Among Co-workers and Management only wants to hire family or friends and was Buddy Buddy with the lazy temp agency Owner .

I have been with Kubota Canada for almost a year. I find it a great place to work. Challenging at times but never dull or boring.  Management works with you to have equal work/life balance

Loved my job there,  however as the company grew, purchasing completely overloaded the warehouse to the point of having to store Millions of dollars worth of equipment outside. Job was getting way to overwhelming. 

Very fast environment to work in, days flew by, overtime available ALL the time. Management were great! All my co-workers were a great bunch.

Overall I gained experience and attended some interesting events on top of the day-to-day workload. The company has grown a lot in recent years and is still adjusting to the increased pace and volume of work on top of integrating many new hires.
