One wrong move and your job is done.

On the surface, they say they value their workers. They don't. You can be nice to them all you want and they'll can be nice back, but as soon as you say "no" once, they dump you fast.  It doesn't matter if you have a valid reason not to not perform a certain task. They don't care. They want it their way and their way only and they will plough through all kinds of workers like no tomorrow until they are done. Their turn over rate is high as a result.

There is no future here.

Avoid this company at all costs

I felt very welcome and comfortable durinng my expierience working with the team. Fournier provided me with more than I expected while working with them.  A positive working environment with very skilled trades personel to acheive goals as required.    

I could not love a position more than working with Fournier. The staff were amazing, head office was only a call away.
It never mattered what position that you worked, you were respected 100%. I am blessed to have this team behind me. 

Bit of confusion in the office département, late on giving information on next schedules lodging arrangements etc and seems they are not very willing to give an employee an opportunity to advance and build experiences on different equipments or jobs 

Good pay and schedule
Tools, ppe, and clothing for weather provided well
Management could use organization
Maintence Could use  minor improvements 
2 n 2 rotation is good
Very easy to be dismissed, always new workers

Fournier has a lot to offer, if your looking to widen your knowledge and skills with great people to work with. You also get half of the year off with there 14 days on and 14 days off rotations.
