Entirely toxic.
Management has  favorites, everything revolves around who likes you best in management. Part time staff work 3 weekends in a row, every holiday and vacation is always denied. The fallout from that is staff call in and working short. 
Everyone suffers from this outcome. Management does not care

Great place to work. Best benefits in the industry. Very supportive management. Some staff needs to implement training provided by region. Issue of staff calling in needs attention.

Awesome pay, benefits, and pension best in the area.  Lots of hours if you want to work. Not always easy to get time off when you want it but this is health care, 24 hour care.

Overall good job.
Can be difficult to get time off. They deny a lot of request due to operational requirements. 

They don't have many full time postions and hardly ever give an actual rotation.

My job can be quite rewarding at times when you can break down the wall and and get through to an Alzheimer’s patient and complete the impossible task that is an incredible feeling of accomplishment

Lakeview Manor was a wonderful place. The staff was always so welcoming and pleasant. The environment was family orientated, excluding no one. It was also neat how they accompanied everyone's interests.

Toxic environment. Management takes, no give. Not a family friendly workplace. They only want workers who have no outside commitments. So you can work. 

Be prepared to work at least 3 weekends a mth and to hustle your butt good pay shift premiums and weekend premiums benefits after 3 mths fellow staff are helpfull and pleasant

A typical day would start with patient handover, then assisting them with feeding if needed, charting, checking medication schedule, maintaining their rooms.
