Never appreciated,long hours, not paid for extra hours put in, expected to give and give. ZERO job security.
Bad employees continue to chase away great employees.
Basic online training, continuously one will see new staffers thrown to the wolves instead of proper training.
Some management great,some team members or other staff amazing...OWNER not so much...
My advice...find employment where you can have growth and an opportunity to feel like you are appreciated.

Lacombe Ford is a dealership defined by it's people and the community. It's clear to all those who walk into the building that the management and staff of Lacombe Ford are dedicated to their customers and to each other. Plenty of training and resources are made available to staff and I've seen many team members advance and grow jobs into careers.

Working at Lacombe Ford was a positive experience. Your co-workers are very pleasant as well as the management. You learn a lot about your department and you are treated the way you would expect from co-workers. Sometimes, you would work shifts with short notice but other than that I had a very positive experience with Lacombe Ford.

A very team centered environment, can be a very high paced place to work. Customer service is top priority. providing top customer service along with the best quality of work for all who chose their services. This is evident from all levels of management and staff.

I worked as a Lube Technician, I was required to perform oil changes and services.  As well as different tasks for maintenance on a vehicle.  All of my coworkers and I got along very well. I enjoyed every part of my job there because I love working on vehicles. I love learning new things everyday and getting better at what I do at a workplace.

If you like fast paced work and love people, this place is perfect for you! The whole team is great, dynamic and extremely welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
