What is the best part of working at the company?
All the staff members are really cooperative. Experienced kind skilled including the management is very helpful and provides training and support for the growth all the members are super kind and excellently trained to provide the best resident care possible

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Then vomiting culture is super positive all my colleagues ranging from the KAUR, RN Lpn, housekeeping, laundry management. Everybody is super amazing.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Although I work, I worked there as a care aid, it was quite busy and hectic

Very good place to work at.. it’s not a perfect organization but what is important in a work environment I found here.  We have an efficient, kind, skillful leader in our recreation manager. Collaborative teamwork among other employees. Clean place,  trusting culture and awesome residents!

Poor management, staff concerns are ignored, favouritism by management. Very poor communication from management. Nurses and HCA are awesome, work very hard to provide best care to residents under the circumstances. Nurses and HCA staff leaving due to poor management 

I highly recommend this facility to work for. Staff and management work hand on hand. No extra pressure or stress on you. Easy work list, work according to your flexibility and schedule.

The staff are nice.However , Wages for support workers are not fair enough...they works very hard but the management need to work on it.  Wishing it will be unionized. It's great to work but need to help the salary for support workers be raised.

I learnt how to serve and be patient.  
On a regular day, I set tables, wash dishes, serve food, clean. Sometimes I cook too.

The hardest part of the job is lack of staff 

The most enjoyable part is working with seniors.

It is nice place to start your career. staff is very good and supportive. Lot many things to learn every day. Fast paced environment. 
Fun to work here.

as a volunteer, it is great to be able to help the staff and residents. the staff is friendly and the environment of the place is great. I enjoy getting to know the residents.

Extremely Poorly managed, high turn over rate  in nurses, Private care not in best interest of employees, great nursing team over all, not enough staff. Definite  Con is management.
