Working here has been a positive experience. A typical day is well-organized, with clear tasks and supportive colleagues. I’ve learned valuable skills, such as teamwork and problem-solving, which enhance my professional growth. Management is approachable and fosters open communication, ensuring we feel heard and valued. The workplace culture is inclusive and collaborative, making it enjoyable to be part of the team. The hardest part is handling tight deadlines, but it’s manageable with the support provided. The most enjoyable part is the sense of accomplishment after completing tasks and the camaraderie among coworkers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my role here.

You can work hard, show results, be appreciated. But you won't have job security, no opportunities of advancement. You are forced to take tasks that were not yours and you're not appreciated if things go well.

Management is terrible, got changed twice, and there is poor communication between departments. Low salary for development, tons of projects, lack of resources and documentation. Employees come and go. Most of them don't stay more than a year and move on to other places. Can be replaced anytime.

The turnover is really high as most people just use it for a marker job until they get something better. The Vancouver campus is run by terrible leadership that is happy to innovatively rip off young students for a pretty worthless education. You would do better at an public school. Working here is high pressure and people suddenly disappear on a regular basis. It’s not a healthy work place, don’t fall for the trap. You’ll regret the experience later.

It was a great learning experience teaching foreign learners while working with fun and friendly colleagues but management doesn't recognize our efforts and ignores our request for much deserved salary increases.

In a nutshell, this position allowed me to gain skills and grow professionally!

- Incredible turnover
- Overload of work. It tends to lead employees to a burn out or a leave. Do not be afraid to say no to protect your mental health
- Very manipulative management
- The organization needs you more than you need them
- You will learn a lot, no doubt


Toxic workplace culture is the definition of what not to do as a management team. IE: People given duties directors themselves are not able to complete; zero training for failing or inadequate software. Personally have seen incapable leaders incapable of communicating effectively, set up underlings to fail as a way of ensuring scapegoats.

I felt lucky when I got the job. I had autonomy, could use my creativity and tons of fun doing my work.

Unfortunately, my contract wasn't renewed. Maybe the COVID, maybe a new vision... Who knows?

I'm better after work in the Company and they have me gratitude forever.



Amazing colleagues, great culture, challenging.  However, there is much room for improvement.  Unorganized, extremely high turnover in employees that is very alarming and should be addressed to understand why people as so quick to leave. 

Unfortunately not the best place to work, although it may seem like it at first. Very, very fast turn over of staff. Pay is not very good either. Not always recognized for your work and you are often looked down on if you are not in a high position.
