Work-life balance is easy to have here, there's not really an expectation for you to work late or do overtime (at least in my experience), but the salary was pathetic. I spent years with this company and wasn't even making $50k. Benefits were pretty standard & I will say this is one of the only places I've seen with a pension. I always felt like I was walking on eggshells, worried I was going to get fired for no reason other than just being worried about it, especially after being "temporarily laid off" during the pandemic. Management is okay, there's some that are better than others, but there's very clear nepotism in the company. Some teams are hybrid, some are in the office, so if remote work is important to you, this isn't the place to go. All this being said, everyone there is great & super supportive of each other.

a  typical working day will be; get to the warehouse, pick up my vocollect and listen to the instructions and pick order, have a 15 mins break, pick more orders again and have a 30 mins break and pick more orders, have another 15 mins break and last section of the day, pick order and close for that day. we routinely clean and sweep the warehouse. 
the management is awesome and my fellow co-worker were very cooperative and assisted in every area possible. 
there is no hard part that i can recall, everyday is a day of happiness in the work place, we sometime have free lunch and pizza too.

When I was there, management was good. Salary was ever so slightly above minimum, and, LV expected you to know about all their product lines. Not worth that kind of "pressure". Lots of walking, most customers were great to deal with. 
Head office was not open to new or better ideas from staff. Seemed that unless they came up with the idea, it was not worthy.
Co-workers were mostly good to work with.
Owner of company has taken a back seat to the board now. Very disappointed in that.

Typical day, customer service, retrieving orders, good management to work for.  Hardest thing was constantly on your feet, for 7 hours at a time.  Communicating with people and talking about projects.  Most enjoyable was working with other customer service people on the desk, nice group of people to work with.

The workplace was hot. They weren't allowed to open the doors to cool the place off.

There was very little ability to move up in the company and the pay scaling was bad.

Worst place to work regarding pay. Management is worst. Politics.management doesn’t care. They don’t care about your education. Micromanagment. No employee appreciation.

Non-competitive wages. 
Mostly quiet, picks up in certain seasons/times. 
Love it or leave it. 
Good managers, bad company management. 
Learned quite a bit in my time there.

The customer experience needs to be stream lined to match modern expectations of good service. There is little opportunity for advancement and more emphasis is placed on just getting by at the location I worked at.

No two days are ever the same. No matter what position you have each position is primarily a customer service position working with the public.Deadlines are important but reasonable.

I worked with very competent people so learned a great deal. Some customers stories became legends like the guy who used a tablesaw to cut circles in 3/4" plywood, and lived to tell about it.
