PROS

It's LEGOLAND! The atmosphere was very energized and welcoming, everyone loved being there and I made a ton of friends. The managers were supportive and felt more like friends than "bosses", giving us pep talks each day and checking on us throughout the shifts to see how we were doing. 

I worked in Entertainment which is rumoured to be the best department in the park and I can see why! 

All whilst living in beautiful Windsor, Berkshire. 

CONS 

Salary is low and could only get around 20 hours a week. Pay was once a month but I think it is now bi-weekly. 

Work is seasonal and park closes over winter. 

I was seeked out by a different department to join their team, i've loved it ever since. the work is easy, the benefits are good. lots of room for advancement.

Fantastic work environment, each day is totally different and totally rewarding. There is always opportunities to learn new skills and seek new experiences.

It was meh, it could have been better, could have been worse. Mediocre at best. It’s an ok job if you just need a stepping stone but not somewhere to stay for a long time
