- Great group of people to work with.
- Hardest part of the job is not having the necessary administration rights to fulfill tasks being asked of you. These are fulfilled by parent office in Denmark. 6 hr time difference makes it very hard to support users because of this.
- Sole Help Desk person. Fulfilling my job alone is a full-time job, but being part of Project Management team and performing Junior Business Analyst tasks is also another full-time job. I feel like a lot is being asked of me, yet there is no money in the budget to hire another person to help me.
- Management are hardly around and not accessible. Delegate a lot of work and not available for reference.
- Because of restrictions in the office by parent office in Denmark, I feel I really have not learned much in my current position.
- My one and only co-worker is great. He does a lot of project and compliance work. Because of this, he is not really available to assist me with the overload of work coming through the Help Desk.

I am very detailed oriented & always up to date. I am so keen on my clients and closely follows up, to make sure they are more than just satisfied. My training in IT marketing and customer service has helped me to keep current customer happy and satisfied while gaining more. My suggestions and recommendations for new products and solutions demonstrated how was I always at the top of his game and count on to give the latest technologies that saves money and cuts down monthly payment up to 50% by upgrading and switching to new systems with zero downtime.

They have a social committee that keeps work fun.

Great medications that make any representative/employee happy to promote; Half decent reputation in the dermatology industry; constantly changing processes which makes staying on top difficult;

Work life balance and fun place to workmates and managers were really helpful and had a great team spirit. I would work there again any day. Very good environment to work in. Friendly employees who were very supportive.

Held a position that was new to the organization but when I started was not was what was advertised to be. I became more of a finance analyst and no where near what was posted.

I improved my communication skills. Tha hardest part is to hit your target but its all worth it. I was able to handle Medical Doctor's objections regarding my products.

Used to be a great company. Constant change has ruined the environment. 
Some good products, however there is immense pressure to achieve targets without much help from superiors.
