A typical day at work included arriving at 8 am and working until 8 pm. I would greet customers and determine their specific vehicle needs. I would advise customers on additional upgrades and vehicle protection products. I also performed online and telephone sales transactions both wholesale and retail. 

The management team was respectful and fair with very high expectations. They expected a tremendous amount of commitment and dedication from their employees. At times, their work / life balance expectations were unfair. I was often required to work 12 hour days 6 days / week. 


My coworkers were competitive yet respectful. Often times, we required collaboration and cooperation to get the deal done. 

There were no overly difficult aspects to the job as I have been in car sales for 20 years and have seen it all. Like any sales position, demanding customers with unrealistic expectations were encountered, but I would welcome the challenge and work through the issues. 

The best parts of the job were meeting my personal sales expectations, being rewarded for my hard work and commitment, thriving in a team environment and exceeding the management team’s highest expectations.

A typical day for me is about 12 -13 hours, I arrive to work at around 
6:45AM and my day starts from the moment I walk through those doors. The hardest part of my job is the language barrier I have to go through everyday, I wish i could speak all languages to better assist every single one of my customers. The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with all of my customers thats about 40-50 people a day that truly makes my day especially when they walk out happy which is 99% of the time.

I worked at Lexus for over a year in which i had many up and downs during my employment here. I was a very stressful job and relentless in terms of the sales environment

More physical work like tires, oil change, service,and there pay less than any other manufacturer, to work as flat rate I found that unfair. The technician deserve better than that .


Its a great environment there, all the people are very friendly and are willing to help out in anyway.  I learnt a lot in my short time there, the training was amazing! It is overall an amazing company!

I only worked here for 6 months but there wasn’t a shift I didn’t enjoy and I would most likely still be here if I didn’t become self employed. Super nice people, good bosses and plenty of room for moving up.

Job never felt secure, always last minute asked to do valets to places like moncton, fredericton ect and make just make the tiniest mistake and your out the door. Cars were neet at least.

the pay and benefits is great, but you won't be able to do much stay at work for 9 hours only get maybe 3 hours of work a day, just got to twiddle your thumbs

The majority of my training and completion of my hybrid certification was through Lexus.  There were challenges with advancement but overall 4.5 stars
