The management might hire new employees just to meet their recruitment targets without really explaining the reasons behind it. They could bring you in and then let you go afterward. The overall work environment could be highly toxic, with the management often resorting to gaslighting employees. They might burden you with a multitude of tasks, have you tailor unrealistic goal plans, and even contradict you when they are dissatisfied with your objectives. All in all, this is a very painful and foolish experience, and I truly wish I hadn't joined them in the first place.

I really enjoyed my time at Logibec. My team mates (including my manager) got on well, and everyone was respectful to each other. We were given our tasks and priorities, and then trusted to carry them out. Weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-ones with our manager made sure that nothing strayed too far off track.

I got the impression that things weren't quite so rosy higher up in the management chain. Lots of changes in personnel and a new CEO that wasn't quite as personable as his predecessor.

No fixed start time, you could start between 3PM to 9PM

So much politics in dispatch
No respect for hard working drivers, they treat drivers like s. They say on your face we get a lot drivers so you don’t matter.
They have appreciation week and events for office people and nothing for drivers.

I work in the accounting department. It's a typical routine workload (monthly cycle).

My coworkers are nice and helpful.

My internship occurred in 2020, was remote and they provided a computer and headphones.

I discovered the marketing world and my team was professional and collaborative. 

Excellent work-life balance.




It was very good Experience working with the company Responsible for analyzing business, functional and IT requirement documents and prepare Test Plans.

It is a very good place to work and can work on various technology stacks. The management is also very good and also all my colleagues are very friendly.

It's a great place to work at, people are friendly. The option of being remote is great. The company is buying other companies to grow, so it is an interesting time to be there.

It was an great workplace to learn and grow , and oppurtunties were multiple to grow the carrier with personal growth, and Management were completely transparent

Bad managememt, discrimination and harassment. Great potential but a really bad culture is in place. The only positive is being able to work from home whenever you want.
