What is the best part of working at the company?
Its a mix bag, while claiming to be an IBM company they have there own policies governed by local market. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Employees do not get compensates at par with regular IBM colleagues. LGS works like a work centre where IBM outsources jobs for a cheaper price. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is fairly balanced. An employee is able to maintain decent work life balance. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is no different but actually depends on the client you are working for. LGS doesn't have any typical day of its own.

Not a recommended employer, the company hires on the background of IBM and its market value but it is actually run poorly by a group of employees without organization and pathetic communication.

IBM is a great organization to build a strong foundation in technology. I gained valuable experience working on complex projects and collaborating with smart people. The company offers excellent training platforms and certifications. Work-life balance is generally good, and the benefits are solid backed by a Fortune 50 company. It’s a stable place to learn and grow if you take the initiative

If you got nothing to do , not fun , cheap company . no benefit , communication not good enough , find your own way , slow processes .well old systems which nobody likes.

I started with the Client Innovation Center in Montreal not long ago and love my experience so far. The environment is super friendly and my manager is very approachable.

Pros: Fun colleagues

Cons: The salary is low compared to the market, also management is not really clear and transparent. You are often treated like a number. 

Nice workplace culture.
Nice office.
Very good training and promotion of employee development.
A lot of employees have to travel or work at clients' office.

One of the best companies I have worked so far. Team is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Salary is not too low or too high, it is average.

Good company shud work. Pay low but good company cooperative people. Good for freshers, management is good.

Good environment for working, you can work remotely if your project is in US or Toronto. But need to pass many interviews for each new projects.
