Military style boot camp environment, no talking, no sitting, no hands in pocket, no phone etc. Constant employee turnover, no wonder they're always looking for people. Absolutely no company culture whatsoever, they don't even pretend to do anything for employees - "you don't like it there's the door" mentality. Switching from machine to machine all the time, many people looking for other employment. No sick days, no RRSP match, etc. Benefits are ok but nothing special, much better in other companies. If you believe these "real" positive reviews then you deserve to work there. 

I learned a lot at LHM working with the lead machinists on challenging parts

overtime at 40 hours is a nice plus and is almost always available if you are a hard worker

the shop is clean and air conditioned which is great in the summer months
pretty good benefits program as well

if you are not a fan of keeping your work area clean this place isn't for you, keeping the shop clean is always a priority

I was able to get some good experience working on new machines

I started at LHM with zero experience or schooling in CNC machining.

I worked and studied hard and was given the opportunity to become CNC Set-up and Gundrill Programmer.

The people were great and I made many friends there.

The toughest part of the job was the commute.

The specimen exhibits excellent condition, demonstrating a high degree of care and maintenance. Currently, observable development appears limited. Further assessment may be required to ascertain long-term viability. This suggests a stable, though non-proliferating, state. Future projections are contingent on evolving environmental factors.

Great work environment with a nice diverse work culture. Easy to get along with the family own management. Great pay and work is steady pace. Lots of opportunity to work over time if needed. 

I have been working at LHM for many years. Good pay, good benefits, lots of overtime. I like that if I cant work overtime I don't have to, the option is there. 
Made lots of friends and my commute is less then 25 minutes. A lot of us carpool to work which is nice. Friendly environment.

Work, work, work company. Zero work-life-family balance. Stressful with long hours, including weekends. 
Army Like environment.   
Clean place with good Health benefits and competitive pay.
If you want to make money and work and work and work, it's place for you.

If you like to baby sit machine all day, LHM is the place for you. No hands in pocket, no cellphone, no talking etc. Company is very clean and organized. But personally i hate the work environment. Good luck fellas

Absolutely no respect from the management.
Irregular/inconsistent work.

My work is to help in manufacturing engineering.

Did not want to work there.  Workplace is a cage/prison cell.
