* Crew members by preparing landscaping equipment to be loaded on the truck trailer
* Crew members help to fill up gasoline in landscaping machines (e.g. tractor, lawn mower, leaf blowers, sand box machine) and gasoline refilling bottles
* Crew members are being eager to listen to what tasks should be done based on their instructions
* Crew members mow front lawns, gather up dried leaves to be cleaned, do sand boxes on the playgrounds of every condominium, replacing garbage bins, and picking up scattered litter in various streets of every condominium
* Crew members clean up truck and trailer at the end of every work shift

It mostly a challenging  work during the rainy season and where concretes are to be cast within a stipulated time u don't have an option than to work in the rain and make sure u finish on time rather than getting your company in trouble where delay cost will be laid against it 

U will also learn diversely during each days work through challenges and problem solving 

working with some co workers are so challenging cost it not everyone that accept challenges during difficult time.

long hours of work, heavy lifting, well earned work incentives for appreciative workers. harrassment free,gained knowledge of for construction sites for young workers 25 and younger, heavily contradictory for working alongside credit sharing. younger field of work generally, behavior associate, and conversing of natural bounderies for recepient from next of kin. all of that being said, naturally a find in a work bushel as the lower mainland, though would  of enjoyed a lesser amount of collegues.

Every job,  i have ever done,  always had knowledge,  and everyday was never the same experience.  I have worked with many people,  and learning how to tackle a job,  in team work. The most enjoyable time of  the day,  is when your learning where the last crew leaves you,  and your day begins, when your working 12 hour shifts,.

hard work, long days, can be stressful and tiring, has good times you meet lots of new people and learn how towers are build and how rebar hold the concrete together you have the chance to make a career if you have the heart

very good company to work for help me relocate made sure i settled in made me feel part of the team . the management team at lms were  very helpfull when i arrived in canada picked me up at airport to take me to hotel i was staying at

Physical, hot and dirty work, exposed to a colourful variety of individuals. Mix of inexperienced kids, long time lifers and those with few other options. Very relaxed culture regarding drug use in off hours.

i liked working for lms, my supervisers were always great. my co workers were good to work with. 

I was my fathers apprentice steel-fixing at LMS, my duties were mostly, cutting, tying, and bending steel. It was a great experience.
